How to correctly debug the corrugated carton LCL machine?
The equipment adjustment of corrugated cartons should avoid blindness. Adjust the positions of the main baffle, the left and right baffle, and the upper and lower nail heads according to the clamshell of the carton. Pay attention to the left and right baffle do not clamp too tight, to ensure that the cardboard can be smoothly inserted and removed.
After mechanical adjustment is completed, touch screen computer Settings: such as carton height = original carton height -40mm, carton nail number, carton nail distance, whether to nail Settings strengthen nails, single and double plate selection, etc. After all the above work has been set up, trial production can be carried out.
If the board thickness is too thick, personnel should be arranged to reduce the binding place, so as not to crush the face paper when binding. Stitching shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the production notice. The stitching of the box shall be made along the center line of the lap part, and the deviation shall not exceed 3mm.
Nail spacing should be even. The distance between the top and bottom nails should be 20mm, single nails should not be greater than 55mm, and double nails should not be greater than 75mm. The two box billets should be aligned, no heavy nails, missing nails, warped nails, broken nails, bent nails, no edges and corners.
When the order is completed, the cartons and folding boxes should be square. If the overall size is less than or equal to 1000mm, the difference between the two diagonal lines on the top of the carton should not be greater than 3mm. The comprehensive deviation of the inner diameter of a single corrugated carton should be within ±2mm, the comprehensive deviation of the inner diameter of a double corrugated carton should be within ±4mm, the difference between the two diagonal lines of the top surface of a carton with a comprehensive size greater than 1000mm should not be greater than 5mm, the comprehensive deviation of the inner diameter of a single corrugated carton should not be greater than 3mm, and the comprehensive deviation of the inner diameter of a double corrugated carton should not be greater than 5mm. Nail box shall not have the phenomenon of upside down nail, Yin and Yang surface, variety, specifications of the two boxes of inconsistent blank shall not be wrong nail together. The cartons ordered will be put into production after inspection. When the nailing box starts, the cardboard is fed by the servo motor, and the nailing car motor drives the nailing head to complete the nailing box. The drive shaft driven by the nail motor and equipped with a clutch and brake drives the crank mechanism to achieve the nail box action under the action of the clutch. When the first nail action is complete, the board back holds the board up and the crank mechanism steps in motion. Drive the paper feeding roller to rotate and stop after reaching the predetermined nail distance.
